ZGB slurry pump
I. Overview
ZGB (P) pump is a new generation of slag slurry pump with large flow rate, high head and multi-stage series connection in China. The pump has the characteristics of reasonable structure, high efficiency, reliable operation and convenient maintenance, and is widely used for transporting abrasive or corrosive slag slurry in electric power, metallurgy, mining, coal, building materials, chemical industry and other industrial departments, especially ash from power plants. It has the following characteristics:
1. With modern CAD technology design method, it has excellent hydraulic performance, high efficiency and low wear rate;
2. The flow channel is wide, with good anti-blockage performance and superior cavitation performance;
3. Auxiliary impeller plus packing combined seal and mechanical seal is adopted to ensure no leakage of slag slurry;
4. Reliability design ensures that the mean time between failures (MTBF) of the whole machine is greatly improved;
5. Thin oil is used to lubricate metric bearings, and the lubrication and cooling systems are reasonably set to ensure that bearings run at low temperature;
6. The flow parts are made of special materials, which have good wear and corrosion resistance;
7. It can be used in series in multiple stages within the allowable range, and its allowable maximum working pressure is 3.6 MPa;
