I. Overview
KBUY pump is a single-stage vertical submerged pump designed by our factory through introduction, digestion and absorption, aiming at the special medium which can resist corrosion and wear. The flow position of this pump is made of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene modified by the world’s novel engineering plastics (UHMWPE). It not only has the same corrosion resistance as F4 plastic workers, but also has excellent wear resistance. It can show its excellent performance when the conveyor belt has fine granular corrosive liquid and transports hydrofluoric acid. The applicable temperature is -50℃-85℃. The pump is suitable for conveying acid and alkali media with different fine particles. It can replace imported products and similar pumps made of metal and nonmetal materials in China. It has provided domestic service for imported equipment in China, and is widely used in smelting, petroleum, chemical industry, chemical fiber, food, dye, chemical fertilizer, pesticide and other aspects.
