KBUH corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant mortar pump and plastic lining pump

KBUH corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant mortar pump and plastic lining pump is a single-stage single-suction cantilever centrifugal pump. It is a novel steel-lined engineering plastic pump designed for conveying strong corrosive medium and corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant special medium with different fine grains on the basis of summarizing similar products. It has the characteristics of novel structure, reliable sealing, stable performance, convenient installation and maintenance, and long service life.

I. Overview

Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) with steel lining is used for the flow parts of this pump. This material is a new generation of engineering plastics for pumps in the world. Compared with all the other plastics, this material has excellent wear resistance, impact resistance, creep resistance and excellent corrosion resistance.

II. Main Technical Performance

1. Features: It can adapt to different working conditions, and acid and alkali clear liquid slurry is applicable.

2. Structure:

(1) The overflow parts are made of steel-lined UHMWPE, and the lining thickness is 8-22 mm.

(2) The impeller can be closed or semi-open according to the medium condition.

(3) K-type dynamic seal, packing seal or mechanical seal can be selected for sealing.

3. Applicable medium: Nitric acid with concentration below 50%, hydrochloric acid with full concentration and sulfuric acid with concentration below 80% can be used for both clear liquid and slurry.

4. Working temperature: -60℃-900℃ (for special requirements, it can be increased to 110℃ by using improved materials)
